HBRV(D)－187.5D1型布洛維硬度計(jì)采用了旋轉(zhuǎn)式試驗(yàn)力變換機(jī)構(gòu)和光學(xué)測(cè)量系統(tǒng)，在機(jī)體上裝有顯微鏡測(cè)量裝置。因采用低速同步電動(dòng)機(jī)控制自動(dòng)加卸試驗(yàn)力, 試驗(yàn)力保持時(shí)間可通過延時(shí)電位器實(shí)現(xiàn)無級(jí)可調(diào)，除洛氏硬度試驗(yàn)要求表盤人工對(duì)零外，布氏硬度試驗(yàn)和維氏硬度試驗(yàn)分別通過顯微鏡測(cè)量壓痕的直徑和對(duì)角線，沒有人為的操作誤差。      

    該機(jī)具有較高的測(cè)試精度，操作簡(jiǎn)便、靈敏度高、使用方便，變荷可靠，示值穩(wěn)定，廣泛適用于工廠車間、試驗(yàn)室、大專院校和科研機(jī)構(gòu)。      

    HBRVD-187.5D1 Brinell Rockwell &Vickers Hardness Tester using rotary power conversion and optical measuring system in the body microscope equipped with measuring devices. As a result of using low-speed synchronous motor control unloaded automatic test force, tester force dwell time through change of the delay potentiometer, with the exception of Rockwell hardness test requirements of artificial dial zero, the Brinell hardness test and Vickers hardness test through microscopes and measuring the diameter of the indentation diagonal, not man-made error of the operation.      

    The hardness tester has high test accuracy, simple, sensitive and easy to use, reliable the Pressure selecing changed , showing the value of stability, applicable to the wide range of factory floor , Laboratories, universities and research institutions.
